About SocPro

SocPro is a network of sociologists. As a non-profit, service-oriented community, it aims to strengthen and accelerate the practice of sociology in Bangladesh by integrating sociological research with other branches of science. The team undertakes and manages research projects; publishes research journals, magazines, books, and bulletins; organizes conferences, workshops, seminars, webinars, and training programs related to research; facilitates collaborative research activities among sociologists by utilizing their expertise and experience; promotes resource-sharing, motivation, and encouragement among sociologists; enhances their efficiency and engagement through training; and creates a platform for mutual support and cooperation among social researchers.
